Any person who is interested in the promotion of Ukrainian culture in Western Pennsylvania is eligible for membership.

Our Vision is to establish a Ukrainian American Cultural and Educational Center in Western Pennsylvania for the promotion of Ukrainian culture and heritage among individuals of Ukrainian descent and the community at large.
